SHIPPING & RETURNS
How does shipping work?
Within South Africa: we use a courier or the post office for shipping, depending on your location. Shipping is free for all orders over R500 and we will provide you with a tracking number.
International orders: please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to quote on shipping. Shipping outside South Africa is for the customer’s account.
How long will my order take?
If the item is in stock we will send it within 2 days, if we have to make it up it will take a bit longer, usually not more than 2 weeks. Delivery depends on your location and can be anything from 1 day to 7 working days.
What if the garment doesn’t fit?
We don’t do refunds or cash returns. Goods may be exchanged for a credit note within seven working days of receipt.
The credit note is valid for available items in our online store only and valid for 12 months after original purchase.
The credit note will be issued once the goods have been received and checked by us.
The returned item must be in it’s original condition (unwashed, unworn) with labels and swing tickets intact.
Return shipping is for the customer’s account and customer’s liability.

What if the item has a flaw?
We take pride in our stringent process of quality control. However, errors do happen. In the unlikely event of a defect item being delivered to you:
Please inform us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of delivery and include a clear image of the defect area.
The item should be sent back to us with it’s labels and swing tickets intact. Subject to our approval we will replace the defect item, shipping both ways will be for Sway’s account.
